And both of us being small eaters who are very fond of salads, that was almost always dinner. So we&#8217;d experiment with whatever was in the fridge. This came up one day as a result of those experiments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now, avocados are tricky to pick. If you need help with choosing good ones,<a title=\"How to Pick Vegetables\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ashwita.com\/food\/how-to-pick-vegetables\/\"> click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Serves 2 &#8211; 4<br \/>\nTime: 20 min<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredients:<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 ripe avocado<br \/>\n2 boiled eggs<br \/>\n1 small potato, boiled and peeled (optional)<br \/>\n\u00bd onion, chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp chopped dill leaves<br \/>\n2 tbsp mayonnaise<br \/>\n1 tsp mustard sauce<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Method:<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scoop the avocado flesh and\u00a0shell\u00a0the eggs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mash the avocado, eggs and potato gently. Too much pressure will make it pasty. You want it to retain some shape, so be gentle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix in the onions, dill, mayo and mustard sauce.
