Goes very well when paired with vanilla custard!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>2 cups fine semolina (chiroti rava or sooji)<br \/>\n2 cups mango pulp<br \/>\n\u00bd cup oil<br \/>\n1\u00bd cups sugar<br \/>\n2 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1 tsp ground cardamom (elaichi)<br \/>\n\u00bd cup chopped nuts for garnish (optional)<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Combine\u00a0semolina with sugar, cardamom and baking powder.<\/li>\n<li>Add oil, mix, and then add mango pulp.<\/li>\n<li>Let sit for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into a greased loaf pan and top\u00a0with nuts.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking regularly\u00a0after 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
