This has a lot more things. It is just wonderful eaten cold on hot summer days. Don&#8217;t overdose though, because chickpeas are a tad hard to digest and the digestion is a bit weak in summers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Time taken: 30 min<br \/>\nServes 4<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bd cup <em>chana<\/em> or chickpeas<br \/>\n1 large potato<br \/>\n1 small cucumber<br \/>\n1 tomato<br \/>\n\u00bd green mango (optional)<br \/>\n\u00bd cup coriander leaves<br \/>\n1 green chili<br \/>\n1 tsp chaat masala (or jeera pd + hing + anardana pd + kala namak)<br \/>\n2 tsp lemon juice<br \/>\nsalt to taste<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Method<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-206\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.ashwita.com\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC7834.jpg?resize=300%2C199&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.ashwita.com\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC7834.jpg?resize=300%2C199&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.ashwita.com\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC7834.jpg?w=800&amp;ssl=1 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soak the chickpeas overnight and then pressure cook along with the potatoes until done, about 10 min.
