I ate this one for the first time at a wedding. Typically, a wedding feast would comprise at least 2 salads, 3 if I&#8217;m lucky. Unfortunately I&#8217;ve almost never seen the servers bring the salads for a second round, so I make sure I get all I want the first time they serve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So anyway, this one stole my heart. The sweet and salt combination is just lovely and goes well if you are eating something sour for mains, like <a title=\"Mavinakayi Chitranna (Mango Rice)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ashwita.com\/food\/mavinakayi-chitranna-mango-rice\/\">mango chitranna<\/a>, for instance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Time taken: 5 min<br \/>\nServes 2-4<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bd cup pomegranate seeds<br \/>\n\u00bd cup sweet corn, steamed<br \/>\n2 tbsp grated coconut<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1 small sprig curry leaves<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp mustard seeds<br \/>\n1 tsp coconut or sunflower oil<br \/>\na pinch of sugar<br \/>\nsalt to taste<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Method<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix the pomegranate, sweet corn, coconut and lemon juice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add a pinch of sugar and salt to taste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat the oil, add the mustard seeds and curry leaves.
