This recipe will give you both options.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Time taken: 15 min<br \/>\nMakes 2 sandwiches<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4 slices of bread<br \/>\n2 cups chopped spinach<br \/>\n\u00be cup sweet corn<br \/>\n1 tsp mixed Italian herbs or pizza seasoning<br \/>\n1 tsp butter<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp finely chopped garlic (optional)<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>For a healthier version<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bd cup soya granules<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>For a richer version<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bd cup milk<br \/>\n\u00bd cup cheese<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Method<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Steam or boil the sweet corn until done, about 10 min.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat butter, add the garlic and spinach, and saute until wilted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soak the soya granules in hot water as per instructions and drain and squeeze them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix the milk and the cheese, and cook them over low heat with continuous stirring until it starts looking like a paste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix all the ingredients together, season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spread on the side of a toasted slice of bread, top with another, and serve.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spinach and corn are such a lovely combination.
