They are cool and light on the stomach, and when you choose your ingredients wisely, can be quite wholesome.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although this is a scrambled egg recipes, if you aren&#8217;t into eating eggs, just substitute the scrambled eggs with scrambled <em>paneer<\/em> or tofu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Time taken: 10 min<br \/>\nMakes 2<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 thin <em>chappatis<\/em> or tortillas<br \/>\n4 eggs, scrambled<br \/>\n1 cup chopped tomatoes<br \/>\n4-5 baby corns, sliced vertically and steamed<br \/>\n1 cup shredded lettuce<br \/>\na handful of basil leaves<br \/>\n\u00bc cup mayonnaise<br \/>\n1 tsp mustard sauce (optional)<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Method<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place a <em>chappati<\/em> or tortilla on a working surface, and spread half the mayonnaise and mustard sauce on it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spread the lettuce and basil leaves, baby corn and tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add the scrambled eggs, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wrap and serve.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wraps are one of my favorite summer foods.
