  1. Hello Aswhita,

Started out on this journey (whatever it is) about 70 times around the Sun ago. Over the last, oh, 12 years became interested in many of the so-called Eastern approaches to “spirituality” from a previous Judeo-Christian upbringing and lifestyle and have slowly been realizing they are all the same when the quintessence of any of the many is explored and discovered.
After recently traversing through and around what seems like the infinite world of Zen through readings (websites, books, videos, etc.) sure am glad to have found your offerings; they dig deep into something or someplace that matters and wants to ironically “know more” so that the something or someplace can somehow disappear.
I did a search on what has been troubling me about the “Illusion” concept so prevalent in much of what I have heard, read, and seen. Found your site and wanted to thank you and offer this comment.
In heartfelt love, keith (kit) smith.
P.S. I like a lot of quotes from “Hamlet” and this one came to me while writing this…..probably because of the quintessence word.
“What a piece of work is man. So noble in reason. So infinite in faculties. In form and moving how express and admirable. In action, how like an angel. In apprehension, how like a god. The beauty of the world. The paragon of animals. And yet to me, what is this quintessence of dust?”
